Technical Service Specialist / Engineer 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Perform incoming goods inspection and decontamination of returned, defective medical technology components as well as their recording in the complaint system

• Carry out repairs and necessary corrective measures in the workshop

• Perform preventive maintenance work and electrical safety tests according to EN 62353

• Ensure complete, correct, and timely documentation of all service activities

• Conduct inventory checks and careful maintenance of stock inventory

• Close collaboration with back office, sales, and other internal departments

• Technical support for marketing and sales teams

• Support the Swiss service team with larger installations and maintenance work

What you bring:

• Completed technical vocational training in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or a comparable field

• Strong customer and service orientation as well as a friendly and professional manner

• Excellent communication skills and confident, tactful behaviour in customer contact

• Structured working style as well as strong organisational and time management skills

• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable personality

• Good IT user skills, especially in common operating systems and MS Office

• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written
