To complement our team in Knapp Switzerland, we are looking to appoint:

Electrical Assembly Supervisor (m/f/d)

for demanding customer projects on site

#yourmission

• You are responsible for the electrical installation of our automated conveyor systems, complex order picking systems, and special machines
• You lead the electrical team on site as assembly supervisor
• You carry out conversion work on systems for our long-standing customers
• You coordinate closely with the project manager, team leader, and control technician and install our state-of-the-art systems in an intercultural team
• Check compliance with CE directives
• Alongside your employment, you will undergo a long-term, professional training programme and be prepared for leadership tasks on our construction sites

• You have completed technical vocational training in the fields of industrial electrical engineering, electrical installation, electrical system technology, or a comparable qualification, preferably NIV 14 recognised
• You have more than 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• You are generally familiar with MS Office, Microsoft DevOps, and SAP
• You are characterised by openness, entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment of varied and challenging tasks
• You have experience leading larger teams on construction sites
• You are a team player, convincing with implementation strength and always acting customer-oriented
• High willingness to travel - primary work location throughout Switzerland
• Good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• You hold a valid car driving licence
