What awaits you
- In this role, you support account managers during sales meetings and provide knowledgeable and sustainable advice to partners, integrators, and end customers, both remotely and on-site.
- You are responsible for feasibility studies, the creation and control of complex offers, and you share responsibility for revenue, conversion rates, and the technical quality of solutions within projects.
- You actively maintain relationships with manufacturers and technology partners to stay informed about innovations, trends, and projects, enabling you to identify business opportunities. This also includes ensuring data quality and updating projects in the appropriate commercial tools (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Thanks to your continuous training and constant updating of your knowledge, including relevant certifications, you participate in a targeted manner in marketing activities and customer events, partner-dedicated sessions, and internal training programs.
- You work closely with the sales department (Team Sales), the purchasing department (Team Commercial), and other departments.
What you bring
- You have successfully completed basic commercial training enriched by technical training, or basic technical training followed by commercial training, complemented by a specialization in marketing, sales and/or ideally, additional training in the ICT field at a higher education institution.
- You have several years of experience in customer relationship management (Account Manager or Key Account Manager) and/or in developing complex offers and contracts.
- You have proven professional experience in consulting and implementing solutions in the field of professional audiovisual and unified communication (AV Pro & Communication), as well as a strong network in this sector.
- You are comfortable with IT infrastructures and common commercial tools such as CRM and ERP systems.
- You speak French, German, and English fluently.
- Your excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with your confidence in client interactions and analytical thinking ability, enable you to create sustainable solutions.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, including in dynamic project environments. With a strong sense of responsibility and a marked interest in technology, you are ready to spend up to 60% of your time traveling.
