What awaits you:

• Consulting and selling unforgettable safari experiences - personally as well as by phone
• Preparation of customer files from the offer, creation of travel programs to billing.
• Reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
• Consulting travel agencies
• Conveying the fascination of Africa to our customers

What you bring with you:

• Friendliness, cheerfulness, and responsibility as well as the ability to inspire people.
• A vocational qualification in the travel industry and ideally travel experience in eastern and/or southern Africa.
• Organizational skills and resilience
• Passion for direct customer contact – whether in travel agencies or with private customers.
• "Swiss German", speak High German, "can argue and write in English" (knowledge of French is an advantage).
