The Ibis Paris La Villette Cité des Sciences 19th hotel is actively looking for a Rotating Receptionist M/F, on a permanent contract, starting May 1, 2026.

- Very comfortable in French as well as a second language.
Your future tasks:
- You provide a personalized and warm welcome, the well-being of clients is always your priority. You also work, on a rotating system with colleagues, in the hotel's reservation service.
- You liaise with the different hotel departments according to client requests, you are a recognized "facilitator" within the establishment.
- You are committed to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
- You are responsible for client loyalty; they will surely come back partly for you.
- During night shifts, you are responsible for the establishment's activities in the absence of your hierarchy: closing the day, cash handling, and anticipating the next day's needs.
