The IV office is undergoing change and is focusing on a modern corporate and leadership culture. We want to align our actions more closely with the needs of our clients and advance digitalisation. For this, we need reinforcement and look forward to having you on board!
What you can achieve with us
- Together with other departments of the General Secretariat, you contribute to the compliance management of IVBE.
- You advise internal departments on corporate law issues, such as personnel and labour law, contract and procurement law, IT law.
- You impart basic legal knowledge to internal departments that they need to fulfil their tasks in compliance with the law.
- You support the revision of internal regulations and are responsible for the transparent management of business-relevant data.
- You maintain regular contact with the management and director and take on tasks related to business planning and administration.
Which skills are important to us
- You have a completed degree in law (Master of Law). Admission to the bar is an advantage.
- You have several years of professional experience in analysing and enabling legal issues, preferably as an in-house lawyer.
- Ideally, you have experience in public administration.
- Your working style is characterised by independence and reliability. You stand out positively through your teamwork, service orientation, and commitment.
- You have very good written and spoken German or French skills and good knowledge of the other language.
- In addition, you know how to explain complex legal contexts in language understandable to laypeople.

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
