Skills

Minimum 2 years as a ski patroller in Switzerland required.
Customer-oriented with strong listening skills.
Ability to work flexibly and handle stress well.

About the job

Fancy a professional adventure in an idyllic setting? To complete our teams for the 2026-2027 winter season, TéléCharmey is looking for

YOUR MISSIONS

Ensure the opening, monitoring and closing of the ski area in compliance with safety standards.
Oversee the marking, signage and securing of pistes to guarantee optimal conditions for our customers.
Intervene in case of accidents, provide first aid and assist in the evacuation of the injured.
Inform and assist visitors about operating conditions and safety rules.
Collaborate with technical, operations and grooming teams to offer a safe and welcoming ski area.
Participate in certain tasks related to the operation of ski lifts.

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a piste patroller in Switzerland
Ideally holding the A patroller certificate
Motivated to work in a dynamic and innovative environment
Customer-oriented, attentive and good at managing stress
Flexible with working hours

WE OFFER YOU

On-call auxiliary contract for a fixed term from November 2026 to mid-March 2027
Work on weekends, evenings and during school holidays (also during the week depending on the weather)
Engagement dates: from mid-November 2026 to mid-March 2027
