For the Centre for Forensic Psychiatry inpatient unit (ZFPS), we are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as

• You will work on a high-security ward and switch between small group settings and individual settings
• You will treat and care for patients from the penal system for crisis intervention and measures
• You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and contribute to treatment planning, daily structuring, and the shaping of the living environment
• You work both rehabilitatively and preventively to avoid future offences
• You maintain contact with relatives and authorities
• You ensure the well-being of our patients in a three-shift system
• You share responsibility for the training of apprentices within the framework of the training mandate

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH and preferably have professional experience in psychiatry
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory
• Your attitude towards offenders is appreciative and risk-aware
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• You possess exceptionally high social skills
• You have strong communication skills
• You are characterised by very high self-reflection and ability to accept criticism
