- You coordinate and supervise infrastructural and technical services, ensuring all services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- You handle complaints and fault reports in a solution-oriented manner and initiate the necessary measures.
- You plan and coordinate maintenance, repair and minor renovation work.
- You work closely with various stakeholders and actively support cross-departmental collaboration.
- You have completed vocational training, ideally in a technical, craft or service-oriented environment.
- You have experience in managing employees and know how to encourage and motivate people.
- You impress with your strong customer and service orientation.
- You listen, understand different perspectives and treat people with empathy and respect.
- You work independently, in a structured manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You think ahead, recognise the need for action early and tackle tasks proactively.
- You are open to new things, eager to learn and appreciate exchange with your team.
- You communicate confidently in German and present yourself assuredly and engagingly.
