About the job
What you can achieve
- Independent administrative and organisational assistance to the medical staff
- Drafting documents, e.g. (medical) reports, expert opinions and minutes
- Organisation and planning of consultations and operations as well as other medical services, events and appointments, e.g. congresses
- Responsibility for patient management (communication/correspondence, reception, electronic master data maintenance)
- Ensuring professional communication (internal and external), including representation duties
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or training in healthcare with commercial further education
- Experience in a support, assistance or secretarial role, preferably in a hospital environment
- Team-oriented personality with a structured, proactive and pragmatic working style
- Confident German as well as good French and English skills in spoken and written form, especially in medical terminology
- Good IT user skills
