About the job
You organise the POCT processes both in the laboratory and at Spital STS AG. Supporting POCT users from various specialist departments, including planning and conducting training sessions, is also part of your comprehensive range of duties. Together with medical informatics, you are responsible for the middleware. Additionally, creating SOPs and forms are among your diverse tasks. You coordinate and monitor the quality assurance requirements and are authorised to carry out the verification of POCT devices according to the accreditation requirements of ISO 15189:2022. This ensures a contemporary, progressive, and customer-oriented service in the POCT area.

How to become part of our team
- Certified biomedical analyst HF (Swiss Federal Diploma) or certified biomedical analyst HF
- Several years of professional experience, preferably also in the POCT area
- You enjoy project work
- You like to work independently, are resilient, and have a strong assertiveness
- Your good communication skills and high social competence enable you to easily engage in conversations with a wide variety of interlocutors
- Flexibility and openness to new things
