Class and annual salary (including 13th month):
7 73'556.-- / 116'071.--
Tasks:
- analyzes the file for the application concerning people without gainful employment and conducts home or Institute investigations to verify the insured person's situation and collect all necessary elements to determine entitlement to benefits
- prepares the investigation report according to the assigned mandate, in order to provide the Office with the necessary elements for the decision
- conducts home investigations for applicants for large disability allowances and care contributions and prepares the related report
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree in the social-health field
- preferential qualifications include a nursing diploma or possibly a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy with professional experience
- proficiency in Italian, good knowledge of a second official language (spoken and written), and knowledge of the third official language
- good command of computer applications (Office package)
- independence, sense of responsibility, reliability, and precision
- good writing, organizational skills, autonomy in work management, stress management, and handling difficult interviews
- strong decision-making ability
- willingness to change and flexibility
- willingness to participate in internal or external courses or seminars aimed at acquiring greater skills in the professional sector
Special remarks:
- service location: Bellinzona
- holder of a category B driving license
- willingness to travel outside the Canton to attend courses or meetings, as well as to attend courses outside the mandatory working hours
