YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Preparation and cooking of dishes from our à la carte menu

• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP

• Management of kitchen stocks and control of food supplies

• Daily cleaning tasks

Your profile

• YOUR SKILLS

• Preferably completed professional training as a cook

• At least 3 years of professional experience

• Passion for gastronomy and enjoyment in creative handling of local products

• Independent, structured and clean working style

• Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team

• Very good knowledge of German
