• You have the opportunity to take on the additional role of Deputy Residential Area Manager
• You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
• You conduct RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
• You recognize and manage emergency situations
• You assist with the daily care of our residents according to the kinesthetic approach and train our apprentices
• You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic nursing documentation
• You regularly take on daily responsibility
• You support our training manager in the education of apprentices

• Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or a comparable qualification with corresponding SRK recognition
• You have professional experience in inpatient long-term care and with people suffering from dementia
• Trainer course with the option to complete further training with us
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good RAI knowledge in the classification of dementia patients is an advantage
• You enjoy improving and ensuring care quality and can also inspire your team
• Independent, reliable and precise working style as well as the ability to react flexibly to changes
