About the job
Your tasks include
- Advice on employment and vocational integration, securing livelihood, debt regulation, social insurance law, adult protection law, civil and criminal law
- Advice and support regarding housing situations, social integration
- Participation in clarification discussions
- Social psychiatric support
- Networking and coordination with other institutions, counselling centres, authorities, municipal social services and relatives
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary treatment teams
- General administrative tasks
You bring with you
- Degree in Social Work from a University of Applied Sciences or College of Higher Education with solid expertise in social work
- Interest and experience in the field of psychiatry
- An additional qualification in communication/counselling is helpful
- Strong social and communication skills with empathy for people in difficult life situations
- High sense of responsibility as well as confident demeanour and flexibility
- Quick comprehension, reliable and independent working style
- Ability to maintain an overview even under high workload
- Joy and commitment to working in a motivated team, active exchange of knowledge and experience
- Good user skills in MS Office
- Flawless German language skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage
