Your new job

• Developing and implementing the fraud strategy
• Leading topics in the area of fraud as well as coordinating relevant specialist departments (payment transactions, compliance, legal, etc.)
• Initiating and further developing our detection and prevention processes, especially in payment transactions
• Planning and conducting training and awareness measures for employees as well as information initiatives for our customers
• Central contact person for internal and external stakeholders as well as for audits related to fraud

We benefit from this

• Completed studies in business, business informatics, law, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in fraud management or anti-financial crime environment
• Experience with fraud detection tools, data analysis, and ideally AI-supported models
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Fluent in German and English
