For a renowned client from the pharmaceutical and medical technology sector, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Polymechanic / Prototype Builder CNC (m/f/d) at the Rotkreuz location starting 1 November 2026. The position is initially limited to 12 months, with a good prospect of extension based on performance. The workload is 100% with regular working hours.

Your tasks:

• Independent setup, operation and programming of CNC machining centres (3–5 axes)
• Creation of NC programmes using CAM systems
• Manufacture of precision parts for prototypes, functional models and test assemblies
• Production according to technical drawings, sketches or direct consultation with development
• Modification of existing components as well as manufacture of special tools, clamping devices and gauges
• Consultation with development and engineering teams regarding manufacturing possibilities
• Support in Design for Manufacturing / Design to Cost
• Conducting quality checks of manufactured components
• Assistance with maintenance and upkeep of the machine park

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical training in machining
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in independent setup, operation and programming of CNC machines
• Solid experience with CAM systems
• Experience with 3- to 5-axis CNC machining centres
• Very good handling of modern PC and software environments
• Fluent German language skills
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
• Good comprehension and enjoyment of collaboration with development and engineering
• Experience with 3D printing / additive manufacturing is an advantage
• Knowledge of drawing standard ISO 8015 is an advantage
