For our target group "Career entry for high school graduates and apprentices in the banking sector" we are looking for an HR coordinator.
Your tasks
- Support and advise apprentices & interns in the banking sector, managers, practical trainers and contact persons on all personnel-related questions
- Design and coordinate training programs from the recruitment process to the completion of the programs
- Participate in internal and external project groups of the commercial banking training professions
- Ensure a functioning program administration
- Create and be responsible for all necessary reporting
- Analyze and identify changes and trends in the high school graduate and apprentice landscape
- Contribute ideas on how we can continue to offer attractive opportunities for school leavers in the future
- Collaborate on innovative training concepts
Your profile
- Professional experience (at least 5 years) in a similar HR function
- Experience in the training sector
- Very good PC skills, especially MS Office
- Enjoy working with young people
- Your working style is structured so that you keep an overview even in complex environments
- You are characterized by your coordination talent, empathy, and conceptual skills
- Solution-oriented communication with different target groups is no problem for you
