The Fragrance Beauty activity asserts its uniqueness through a promise: to reveal the beauty of every woman in her most singular form through her fragrance, makeup, and skincare products. This philosophy is largely inherited from Mademoiselle Chanel, who has always worked to assert her own independence and that of all women.
Within the Marketing team, and more specifically within the Digital & Client Engagement team, you will take part in orchestrating the marketing plan for Fragrances & Beauty in Switzerland.
Reporting to the Digital & Client Engagement manager, you will participate in deploying the Swiss strategy, in-store experience, and campaign launches in collaboration with Regional Marketing and the Communication and Customer Experience departments.
YOUR MISSIONS:
E-retail:
- Ensure the transmission, online posting, and follow-up of new products with our e-retailers according to the campaign plan
- Coordination with e-retailers for online animations
- Monitoring our e-retail sites and ensuring compliance with the CHANEL graphic charter
- Implement optimizations with our e-retailers in the CHANEL brand space
E-commerce:
- Follow-up on the e-merchandising animation plan for Fragrances & Beauty campaigns
- Coordination and updating of the product assortment on chanel.ch
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Follow-up on BAT with the regional marketing team
- Analyze the performance of email campaigns
- Follow-up and update client and collaborator records in the CRM tool
- Draft briefs for mailings
- Coordinate client and collaborator anniversaries
Customer Experience:
- Support the implementation of the omnichannel services of the House
- Follow-up on optimizations of digital tools
Others:
- Possibility of participating in additional projects alongside daily missions, depending on needs and key activity periods.
YOUR PROFILE:
Currently in higher education (HES / HEC MASTER), you are looking for a responsible internship that will allow you to develop your skills in marketing and digital, your product knowledge, and enrich your business vision. You show curiosity for the world of Fragrances & Beauty and luxury, and you know the main players in the Beauty industry in Switzerland.
You demonstrate rigor and organization, are multitasking, and have a sense of detail.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and can coordinate different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Finally, you are autonomous and proactive, adaptable by nature, and enjoy working in a stimulating and evolving environment.
You have excellent knowledge of German and English (oral and written) and are proficient with computer tools.
Job Conditions:
A training agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
- The internship must be planned in your study curriculum.
- The internship must be necessary for obtaining the diploma.
- The internship must be validated by the allocation of study credits.
