Collaborate in the development of a specialized unit within Raiffeisen Switzerland that works closely with Raiffeisen Banks and assumes their tasks in the field of anti-money laundering at the 2nd line of defense.

To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for or for a date to be defined an experienced and autonomous person in the field of anti-money laundering. Position in Lausanne, with the possibility of teleworking.

• Ensure the centralized, coherent, and compliant implementation of internal and external regulatory requirements in the field of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing
• Develop and optimize existing measures in coordination with decentralized and central functions, in a continuous improvement logic
• Design an innovative and quality- and service-oriented approach for AML risk management at the Group level, based on the Three Lines of Defense model
• Act as a key interlocutor for internal and external stakeholders, and actively contribute to the definition and optimization of new interfaces
• Varied and exciting field of activity around the theme of money laundering prevention in a stimulating environment, with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and decision-making power

• Higher education in banking economics or business economics, with solid knowledge of the Swiss banking sector
• Proven experience in the fields of AML, due diligence obligations according to the CDB, and mastery of applicable regulatory frameworks
• Rigorous, autonomous, and quality-oriented working method, with a strong sense of responsibility and developed conceptual skills
• Comfort with IT tools, especially in the context of implementing regulatory solutions
• Proactive, committed personality, with excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and impeccable organization
• Very good command of French; good knowledge of German
• Experience within the Raiffeisen Group is an asset
