We are a regional company specialising in metalwork constructions and security personnel airlocks.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a:

Chief Metalwork Fitter (m/f 100%)

As our future Chief Metalwork Fitter, you will be responsible for team leadership and the assembly of demanding and versatile metalwork projects.

Mainly involving:

• General metalwork (stairs, railings, balcony glazing, and more)
• Doors and gates (fire protection, thermal insulation, burglary resistant)
• Security systems (revolving doors, personnel airlocks)
• Various repair works directly at the customer’s site

Depending on personal interest and development, general assembly coordination and deployment as assembly manager is conceivable.

For this demanding and independent role, we expect:

• A completed apprenticeship as a metalworker with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a metalwork fitter (chief fitter)
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team
• Precise and clean working style
• Driving licence category B
• Polite manner, very good German language skills
• Impeccable character reference
• Physical and mental fitness
• Age 26-55 years
