Job Description

• Implementation of warehouse management software in PL/SQL (Oracle) and Java and creation of corresponding documentation within the technical, financial, and time constraints
• Redesign, optimization, and maintenance of existing software functionalities
• Consulting and training our customers on any questions regarding warehouse management software
• Conducting software tests and commissioning at the customer
• Ensuring the availability and performance of the systems
• Analysis of past disruptions and deriving measures in the team to increase customer satisfaction
• On-call duty outside of normal working hours according to the deployment plan

Applicant Profile

• Successfully completed studies in computer science / information processing or a comparable qualification
• Programming experience in object-oriented languages, ideally in Java, PL/SQL, and C
• Experience in using relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
• Flexibility for deployments outside of normal working hours and willingness to travel (5%)
• Experience with on-call duties (separate compensation, rotating within the team) and intralogistics systems is an advantage
• Fluent German skills as well as good English and French skills in spoken and written form
