For an internationally oriented financial services company in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Controller. A dynamic team from various disciplines in a manageable company size with flat hierarchies awaits you. Responsibilities

• Responsibility for and preparation of analyses and reporting of monthly and annual financial statements
• Periodic management reports for the executive management
• Preparation of financial forecasts and support of the CFO in financing and budgeting processes
• Support of business development with financial information in all project phases
• Preparation of analyses of business profitability of all entities
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and decision-making bases for the executive management.

Requirements

• University degree (Uni/FH) in business administration
• Further training such as expert in accounting & controlling
• Several years of professional experience in controlling
• Strong analytical and communication skills, combined with entrepreneurial thinking and quick comprehension
• High IT affinity and excellent Excel skills
• German at native speaker level and good English skills
