What you will achieve with us
- You support the Department Management of Internal Medicine in operational, organisational, economic and quality leadership
- You take over the management of the secretariat / administration and specifically develop the team and processes
- You create transparency regarding performance, quality and financial indicators and derive well-founded decision-making bases from them
- You are responsible for controlling, analyses as well as the implementation and follow-up of measures
- You actively drive process and organisational developments forward and lead or accompany cross-departmental projects
- You work closely with internal interfaces and actively contribute to the DIM management team
