Regional RAI Responsible (m/f) 80%

As part of our team, you are the key RAI figure in the dynamic and exciting blue region, which includes facilities in Eastern Switzerland.

Your tasks

You conduct regular RAI audits in the facilities of your region (care documentation regarding classification, compliance with RAI concept requirements, etc.)
You conduct regular RAI level checks in the facilities of your region
Timely, operational support in the facilities (e.g., in case of absences of the RAI responsible persons)
You are the first contact person for employees of the facilities regarding RAI and care documentation
You support the facilities with health insurer controllings
You conduct training on the following topics:
- Writing care documentation correctly for assistant and professional staff
- Regular meetings for RAI-NH supervisors and MDS coordinators
- careCoach
Together with the other regional RAI responsibles, you are involved in the further development of the RAI system as well as the introduction of interRAI LTCF_CH

What you bring

HF nursing professional or equivalent qualification
RAI-NH expert
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel and PPT)
Your working style is independent, structured, and results-oriented
Confident, target-group appropriate communication (very good German skills in spoken and written)
You have a high willingness to travel

Optional:
- Knowledge of interRAI HC or willingness to acquire the knowledge
- SVEB 1
