Your tasks
- Strategic Compensation Management: Together with HR management, you design and develop our compensation strategy.
- Payroll Management: You take full responsibility for timely and accurate payroll processing up to booking and declaration in close cooperation with our external partner. You ensure that all legal requirements are met.
- Data Management and Audit: You maintain and secure master and organizational data in the system to ensure high data quality. You are also the first point of contact for internal and external audit questions.
- Process and System Optimization: You analyze and optimize existing compensation and payroll processes in close cooperation with the HR system and process manager. You drive digitalization in this area forward.
- Budgeting and Salary Round: You accompany and control the annual budgeting and salary adjustment process in close cooperation with HR management, from budget creation through salary adjustments to final implementation in payroll and perform year-end tasks.
- Interface Function: You are the first point of contact for employees and managers on all questions regarding salary, social benefits, and payroll.
- Reporting & Compliance: You regularly create meaningful reports for management and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Your profile
- Education: You have a degree in HR or finance or a comparable qualification
- Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in a combined role of payroll accounting and compensation management.
- System Knowledge: You are digitally savvy and proficient in handling various specialized applications; knowledge of Personio, Swiss Salary, Edi, and SAP is an advantage
- Precision & Care: A strong affinity for numbers, precise working methods, and a pronounced quality awareness characterize you.
- Communication Strength: You proactively approach people and communicate complex matters clearly and understandably.
