What you achieve
- You care for and support our postpartum mothers and newborns in all three shifts together with trainee healthcare professionals and students of higher vocational nursing and university midwifery.
- You coach and qualify the trainees and students during their placement.
- In doing so, you carry out the nursing process according to the latest findings.
- You are committed to the continuous optimisation of nursing procedures.
- You ensure nursing quality by implementing the respective standards.
- You support and accompany the vocational trainers and the daily contact person of the department in training matters and share responsibility for the quality of training in the department.
- As a member of the extended management team, you support and advise the department management on vocational education matters.
What distinguishes you
- You are a qualified nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) with experience in the care and support of postpartum mothers and newborns.
- Ideally, you already hold the SVEB-I certificate or are willing to obtain it during the course.
- You coordinate training tasks efficiently and with the necessary organisational skills.
- You have good IT skills to competently support trainees and students in the digital training environment.
- The well-being of families is at the centre of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation.
- You work conscientiously, independently, and with a high awareness of quality.
