Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 125,000Our client is an established company in the field of technical solutions for buildings, infrastructure, and energy. The company offers comprehensive services and systems for various technical requirements and supports projects from planning to implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of HVAC projects from planning to commissioning
- Creation and monitoring of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Leadership and motivation of the project team, including task allocation and monitoring project progress
- Communication with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to clarify project requirements and specifications
- Ensuring compliance with standards, safety regulations, and quality standards during installation and commissioning
- Supervision and coordination of installation and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Preparation and review of project reports, documentation, and acceptance protocols
- Analysis and resolution of technical problems and challenges during the project course
- Conducting project meetings and status reporting to management
Qualifications:
- Advanced technical education in HVAC, electrical engineering at HF level or similar
- Several years of professional experience in project management of HVAC projects
- Sound knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology as well as project management
- Experience in leading and coordinating project teams
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability
- Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to changes
- Confident use of project management software and MS Office
