In this versatile role as a flying property manager, you support our property managers in overseeing properties located in the regions of Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Valais and Geneva. What you bring

• Support property managers in managing residential and commercial buildings in the cantons of Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Valais and Geneva
• Ensure continuity and quality of property management during absences, workload peaks or particular situations requiring operational reinforcement
• Carry out entry and exit condition reports
• Maintain regular contact with tenants, contracted companies, owners and authorities
• Ensure maintenance of buildings and participate in renovation and enhancement projects
• Periodically assess the condition of buildings and prepare visit reports
• Participate in budget preparation as well as administrative and organisational tasks related to property management

Your profile

• Completed basic training supplemented by a federal certificate as a property manager or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in managing residential and commercial buildings
• High flexibility and interest in varied tasks and portfolios
• Excellent command of French, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Category B driving licence and personal vehicle essential for regular travel in Romandy
• Good command of MS Office tools, knowledge of Garaio REM is an advantage
• Service- and client-oriented personality, autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented
