Sifloor AG, based in Sursee, develops and produces high-quality and environmentally friendly double-sided adhesive tapes for industrial applications with a focus on the flooring industry, and operates the logistics centre for all Swiss companies of the internationally active Uzin Utz SE.

From 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a

R&D Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• Independent handling of assigned development projects
• Planning, organising, leading and documenting production tests
• Evaluation, interpretation and documentation of results and data (charts, reports)
• Organisation of test materials, searching for new suppliers
• Creation and further development of effective and appropriate methods and test programmes

Your requirements:

Training as a laboratory technician EFZ, specialising in chemistry, or a completed degree in chemistry or a related scientific field (BSc/MSc)

• Experience in product development is an advantage
• Good specialist knowledge in the adhesive sector is an advantage
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Conscientious, resilient and flexible
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Team player
• Good MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
• Knowledge of certification processes, especially for environmental labels, is an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business is an advantage
