We are looking for a committed and proactive specialist who supports our teams in complying with regulatory requirements and ensures that we always act in accordance with the law. Our team is the link between the sales units and the compliance department. With us, you are the first point of contact for compliance matters and drive your personal development in a dynamic environment.
What excites you
- You bear the primary responsibility for risk analysis and assessment of complex business relationships as well as suspicious transactions
- With your expertise in money laundering, tax residency and regulation, you are the perfect contact person for our client advisors
- You enjoy direct customer contact, clarify open issues independently and efficiently, and ensure that all necessary documents are available and recorded in the system
- You communicate regulatory requirements clearly and understandably to the front units and thus act as an advisory partner
- You drive the continuous expansion of tasks and processes and bring dynamism to this varied area of responsibility
What you bring
- You have a commercial qualification (EFZ) or a higher business administration education, ideally with a focus on banking
- You are well versed in the Swiss compliance environment, have already gained solid experience with GmeR and TmeR, and are eager to take your expertise to the next level with us
- You convince with your confident communication in German – ideally complemented by French skills – and competently advise your partners on specialist questions
- You possess the ability to prioritise tasks clearly and impress with perfectly organised task management
- You are responsible, work in a structured manner, think interdisciplinarily and see change as a real opportunity
