Your Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the technical support business aviation team with 9 employees
• Coordination and deployment planning 24/7/365 of the technical support team
• Receiving technical inquiries from customers, service centres and subsidiaries and developing solutions, including documentation of cases in the Jira Case Tracking tool
• Close cooperation with the AOG Command Centre to ensure fast, efficient and customer-oriented handling of AOG events
• Acting as the interface between maintenance operations and engineering, including coordination of technical investigations with Pilatus Engineering
• Performing the interface function between Pilatus customer service and supplier support organisations as well as on-site support at customers and service centres in solving complex problems
• Continuous development of support processes, tools and communication channels to increase customer satisfaction and operational excellence

What Convince Us About You

• Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, business administration or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in aviation, customer support, commercial management or a technical aftermarket environment
• Leadership experience of teams in technical support
• Good SAP and MS Office skills
• Fluent English and German skills at C1 level
• Analytical approach to problem solving and recognising and assessing priorities
