What to expect
- Regaining insured persons intending to cancel
- Processing cancellations and customer data in German, French and/or Italian
- Creating offers and initiating follow-up measures
- Independently handling campaigns, administrative tasks and individual correspondence
What you bring
- Completed vocational training and experience in telephony
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and affinity for IT systems
- Confident German as well as negotiation-level French and/or Italian; English is an advantage
- Enjoyment of contact, resilience, flexibility and willingness to work overtime during peak periods
- Further training as an insurance intermediary VBV desirable or willingness to complete it
