These are your tasks
- You lead the outpatient pulmonology team both personnel-wise and organizationally, ensuring clear processes, reliable scheduling, and good interprofessional collaboration
- You accompany, support, and develop your employees in their daily work and recognize stress, conflicts, and optimization potentials early
- You work operationally in day-to-day business and are regularly present on site
- You are responsible for onboarding new team members and actively contribute to the further development of standards, processes, and quality
- You take over mutual representation of the sleep medicine team leadership during planned absences according to defined regulations
What you bring with you
- You are a health professional or medical practice assistant (MPA)
- You have several years of experience in an outpatient acute hospital setting; ideally in pulmonology or a comparable specialized area
- You have leadership experience or the potential to take on a leadership role
- You convince with high professional competence and enjoy operational work
- You work structured, reliable, and solution-oriented. In addition, you communicate clearly even in demanding situations and keep an overview
- You appreciate interprofessional collaboration and actively shape changes
