For a family-run retirement home in the Bern region with around 50 residents, we are looking from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement for a Vocational Training Manager / Trainer Nursing (80–100%). Your tasks with the new employer

• Take responsibility for the entire vocational training in the nursing sector
• Accompany the trainees directly in practice in the mornings and support their professional development
• Shape vocational training together with the trainers and continuously develop it further
• Work with diverse and sometimes complex care situations and actively contribute your own ideas

You offer your new employer

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or qualified nursing professional as well as experience as a trainer
• Enjoyment in accompanying trainees, passing on knowledge and specifically promoting their development
• Motivation to take on more responsibility in vocational training and to develop professionally
• Initiative and interest in actively shaping vocational training with new ideas
