The dreischiibe Foundation is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial centre in Herisau, St. Gallen and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental disabilities at 220 work, training and integration places. In the day centre and the meeting centre in St. Gallen, we promote social integration with 63 visitor places.

Specialist for Supported Workplaces (50-60%)
As a specialist for supported workplaces at dreischiibe, you are the central entry and coordination point for people with an IV pension. You receive enquiries from interested parties, social services and other referring agencies, conduct initial interviews, organise visits and coordinate admission to the appropriate work areas. At the same time, you support the department heads in optimising the utilisation of the available places at the locations in St. Gallen, Herisau and Flawil.
Your tasks
- Recruitment and admission of people with an IV pension for supported workplaces
- Conducting initial interviews as well as assessing skills, interests and deployment possibilities, and coordinating visits and admissions
- Ensuring optimal occupancy in cooperation with the department heads
- Supporting the department heads in labour law issues and questions
- Maintaining cooperation with referring agencies
- Preparing statistics and key figures on occupancy
- Maintaining processes, QM documentation and archiving personnel files
- Contributing to the further development of the occupancy strategy as well as in cross-departmental projects

- Experience in the social sector, job coaching, case management or labour integration area
- Confident and appropriate communication and very good MS Office skills
