In our Real Estate division, we manage, build and operate the properties of Zürcher Kantonalbank with over 100 colleagues. Our reception team is the first point of contact for customers at the CC locations. Customer needs and service culture are constantly evolving, which is why the hospitality and service mindset is the focus and more important than ever. Your tasks
- Managing the meeting and conference rooms, including service for our customers
- Assisting at reception and directing customers to the relevant departments
- Responsible for cleanliness and order in the reception areas
- Processing and responding to room reservation requests
- Monitoring security systems and ensuring access for craftsmen and suppliers
- Providing information of all kinds in German and English
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the service sector as well as several years of professional experience in the service area
- Ideally, you have basic banking knowledge
- You present yourself in a friendly and well-groomed manner and have good manners
- The terms warmth, loyalty and discretion are self-evident to you
- You work independently, bring great flexibility and reliability combined with a high service orientation
- You are confident in the common MS Office applications
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
