About the job

• You accompany the patients of the admission and emergency ward 4 during the night and take over the needs- and resource-oriented, individual treatment and counseling of our patients, e.g. regarding sleep-promoting measures.
• You also care for patients in the intensive care area with your nursing professionalism and successfully master complex situations.
• You carry out patient admissions during the night with the medical specialist and document relevant events and your services correctly.
• At night you are responsible for the maintenance of the ward.
• If necessary, you take on assignments in the day shift.

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive PreCheck by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
• You have professional experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally from the admission and emergency area, or you are interested in deepening your knowledge in this field.
• You enjoy working at night and remain calm even in complex situations.
• You have social skills, are resilient, work independently and responsibly, and can work well in interdisciplinary teams.
• Good IT skills facilitate your administrative tasks. In addition, you have very good German language skills (at least C1).
