Task
for the late shift on about 3-4 days a week (approx. 5:00 pm – approx. 8:00 pm, occasionally full day).You will support the management and our secretary general with a variety of administrative tasks such as:
- Handling telephone and written enquiries
- Creating presentations using PowerPoint
- Revising minutes and coordinating appointments
- Supporting various project work
- Assisting with the organisation and execution of the general meeting and press conferences as well as media relations
Requirements
- Preferably commercial or equivalent education with vocational baccalaureate and ongoing FH studies; alternatively, A-levels with relevant professional experience
- Very good MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills
- Confident German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Precise and accurate working style
