Since July 2026, we have been located at our new premises at Steinenschanze 6 in Basel. The new offices provide us with more space for our growing team and for the personal care of our clients. At the same time, we continuously develop our working methods and deliberately integrate technologies, including artificial intelligence, into our work.

Your tasks

As part of our team, you will support our clients – from private individuals to family businesses and international mandates – in the following areas:

• Independent management of accounting for legal and natural persons (public limited companies, limited liability companies, partnerships, and sole proprietorships) and preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Handling payment transactions as well as communication with clients, authorities, and financial institutions
• Administration of companies and foundations
• Management of payroll accounting and handling of social insurances (AHV/IV/EO, pension fund, accident insurance)
• Preparation of tax returns and support with tax planning and financial plans
• Preparation of VAT returns as well as support of fiscal representations and withholding tax
• CFO services and interdisciplinary support of our clients in fiduciary and business management matters
• Correspondence and client support in German, English, and French

What you bring

• Federal Certificate of Competence in Fiduciary Services or Finance and Accounting (or equivalent qualification)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector, ideally with independent management of demanding mandates
• Analytical thinking and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex, interdisciplinary issues
• Independent, solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of client contact and building long-term trust relationships
• Interest and willingness to join us on the path towards digital working
• Fluent German or French; applicants with French as their mother tongue are also warmly welcome. Knowledge of the other language as well as good English skills are desirable.
