Your tasks:

• You accompany, advise, and instruct our clients and their relatives in their familiar home environment.
• You take on basic and treatment care, even in demanding and complex situations.
• You document the care processes professionally and comprehensively.
• You support, promote, and accompany employees in everyday care.
• You hold a category B driving licence and have your own car.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
• Independent, resilient, and proactive personality.
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
