- Lead the footwear development process, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Analyze and improve designs for manufacturability and durability.
- Assist teams with tooling questions and collaborate with Asian hubs.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Design; 5+ years experience.
- Proficient in 2D-3D CAD files, especially Rhinoceros.
- Strong project management and technical knowledge in footwear.
