Your tasks
- Responsibility for requirements engineering, professional solution development, documentation, and testing in the product process.
- Identification of risks and support of risk management, creation of market analyses, recognising potentials and areas for further development, as well as support in pricing decisions.
- Contact person for customers and responsibility for professionally mapping the processes in the area of anaesthesia / intensive care unit / chart in our product.
- Close collaboration with the internal development team and product owners for optimal solution finding.
- Project coordination for the introduction and support of our clinical information system (KISIM) in the area of the PDMS / chart modules in Swiss hospitals.
- Participation in customer presentations and conducting workshops.
- Coordination of CISTEC-internal tasks and responsibility for efficient project management to achieve qualitative, temporal, and financial goals.
- Processing customer tickets from the KISIM product.
Your profile
- Deep understanding of clinical processes through relevant professional experience in the healthcare sector.
- Academic degree in medicine or healthcare, alternatively training as a nursing professional.
- Ideally specialisation in anaesthesia or intensive care medicine.
- Initial experience in project management with independent coordination of software projects.
- KIS user knowledge (ideally KISIM) and knowledge in software configuration are advantageous.
- Communicative with high advisory competence and enjoyment of professional customer contact.
- Systematic and transparent working style as well as pronounced team orientation.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage.
