Your Tasks
We work on the nursing wards according to lean principles. Visual management, workload levelling and continuous improvement are our main focus.
- Co-responsibility for the professional leadership of the department
- Work in direct clinical nursing and management of the nursing diagnostic process
- Continuous empowerment of staff through personal coaching, training and case discussions
- Ensuring and further developing nursing quality and patient safety in the department
- Development, adaptation and evaluation of specialist guidelines and instructions in collaboration with other specialists, nursing experts and other professional groups
Your Profile
- Completed professional training as a nursing specialist FH or HF with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or willingness to complete this
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the acute sector, medicine/neurology advantageous
- Professional appearance and enthusiasm for the further development of specialist fields in an interprofessional team
