Communication Officer (40%) starting early August 2026 or by arrangement
About 80 employees work at the municipal administration and municipal enterprises Ilanz/Glion. Together, we dedicate ourselves daily to the well-being of the population in the 13 districts with around 5,000 inhabitants. Through our work, we shape and develop the living environment in the centre of the Surselva.
Our municipality actively shapes how it communicates with the population — digitally and analogously, in German and Romansh. For this central task, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys language, a variety of topics, and direct contact with the population and authorities.
Your tasks
- Planning, maintenance, and further development of the municipality's communication channels
- Preparation of texts, announcements, and contributions
- Advising and supporting the municipal council and administration on communication matters
- Coordination and collaboration with external partners
Your profile
- Completed commercial or communication-related basic training; further education in communication or marketing is a plus
- Confident German and good Romansh skills in spoken and written form
- Experience with digital channels
- Independent, structured working style with a flair for language and design
- Enjoyment in exchanging with various offices and stakeholders
