Assistant/Project Management 50-60%Do you want to take on responsibility in these exciting areas?
We are responsible for national interior construction projects in the areas of institutions, gastronomy, health practices, and shops from design to handover. We support our clients with extensive expertise and great commitment, offering interior architectural solutions at the highest level. As a nationwide general contractor, we understand project management, with overall management and realization of demanding interior construction projects as our core competence.
You bring the following
A commercial education and proven experience in a similar position
Further training in marketing and/or a flair for marketing, online marketing, and social media
Very good MS Office skills and ideally Google Analytics and Google Ads knowledge
Great organizational talent, assertiveness, as well as high flexibility and resilience
Independent, structured, precise, and efficient personality
Affinity for the construction industry and a high willingness to learn
You enjoy supporting others and are a team player
You love versatility and never lose sight of the big picture, even in hectic times
High customer orientation as well as discretion and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information.
Confident oral and written communication in German, good to very good oral and written English skills
Your main tasks
Administrative support for management/project management
Responsible for administrative tasks as well as internal and external correspondence
Personnel administration
Creating offers, order confirmations, and invoices in Borm (CRM)
Maintaining and managing our website as well as evaluations
Editorial and conceptual responsibility for our social media channels together with the social media team
Organizing and conducting customer events
Responsible for various marketing tasks
