About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.

A workplace in the heart of Winterthur's old town and a meaningful position: Accompany and support people with different needs in everyday retail and restaurant work. We are looking for you to strengthen our team at Restaurant Neumarkt immediately or by arrangement
HOW?
- You accompany and support people with different needs in everyday retail.
- You enable personal development and are responsible for the training of apprentices in retail.
- You are a host, take care of and advise our guests at the sales counter.
- You take on administrative tasks.
- You support internal and external events.
WHY YOU?
- Because you have a qualification as a Retail Specialist EFZ.
- Because you have completed the trainer course and have experience in training apprentices.
- Because you have a background in work pedagogy and enjoy working with people with disabilities.
- Because you are an open personality and convince with your high service orientation.
- Because you have very good German skills at least at level B2.
