Your Tasks

You contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents in the living groups as well as in assisted living enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
You assist with the daily care of our residents according to the kinesthetic approach and train our apprentices
You recognize emergency situations and manage them
You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic nursing documentation
You mainly work in early and late shifts (no night shifts) and partially take on house responsibility during the late shift

What You Bring

Training as a certified nurse HF or FH, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP
Experience in dealing with people with dementia, preferably with a psychological background
You are motivated and gladly apply your strong professional and social skills in everyday life
Ideally, you have knowledge of RAI/RUG and careCoach
Good oral and written German skills
With your cheerful nature, you actively contribute to a company culture where residents and employees feel comfortable
