Your Tasks

• You check and clarify the obligation to provide benefits according to insurance regulations (KVG and VVG) in the area of medical services
• The examination and billing of outpatient invoices as well as complaints about invoices are also part of your duties
• You take over the examination of outpatient applications for cost approval
• You create correspondence based on templates as well as independently
• You are the contact person for complex enquiries from insured persons and service providers

Your Profile

• You have completed basic training in the medical field (e.g. MPA) or have supplemented commercial training with basic medical knowledge
• You work very efficiently, accurately, responsibly and like to take on responsibility
• You enjoy customer contact and place great value on friendly, professional and solution-oriented communication
• Your networked thinking enables you to independently handle complex issues
• You communicate confidently in German both orally and in writing
