Job Description
What awaits you
- As a cost planner, you advise and accompany the client from strategic planning to project completion.
- Your main tasks include developing cost, economic efficiency, and decision-making bases including risk analyses.
- You are responsible for cost planning and control throughout all project phases.
- You manage and coordinate our projects in line with cross-project target specifications.
- You confidently represent client interests towards planners, authorities, and companies.
- You help shape and further develop internal processes and methods.
Qualifications
What you bring
- You have training as a structural draughtsperson with further education or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction economics, construction management, or a comparable qualification.
- Your career shows several years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry, ideally in cost planning.
- You have very good knowledge of Swiss building standards, planning, and execution processes.
- You possess analytical, economic thinking and enjoy responsibility.
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of MS Office and digital tools.
- You inspire with your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
- A structured, solution-oriented personality with a confident appearance rounds off your profile.
