Job Description

What awaits you

As a cost planner, you advise and accompany the client from strategic planning to project completion.
Your main tasks include developing cost, economic efficiency, and decision-making bases including risk analyses.
You are responsible for cost planning and control throughout all project phases.
You manage and coordinate our projects in line with cross-project target specifications.
You confidently represent client interests towards planners, authorities, and companies.
You help shape and further develop internal processes and methods.

Qualifications

What you bring

You have training as a structural draughtsperson with further education or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction economics, construction management, or a comparable qualification.
Your career shows several years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry, ideally in cost planning.
You have very good knowledge of Swiss building standards, planning, and execution processes.
You possess analytical, economic thinking and enjoy responsibility.
You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of MS Office and digital tools.
You inspire with your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
A structured, solution-oriented personality with a confident appearance rounds off your profile.
